How Do I Get A Shipping Estimate?
Once you’ve found the product you would like to purchase, click Add to cart. From there you’ll be taken to your cart page where you can see the shipping cost.
How to order by phone: Call me direct and I can work out the best way for you to get the items you require. If you feel comfortable, go ahead and place your order online but, feel free to give me a call if you need any assistance or advice.
Ordering by Email: If you want to place your order through email, send me an email email@example.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible with an invoice for your order. Please include the product and your full address for delivery.
Can You Deliver To A P.O.Box? Yes we can deliver most items to a P.O. Box, although some items cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box so just check with me first.
Can I Pick Up My Order? Of course, you can pick up your items almost 7 days a week (by appointment only), as I operate Wheelchair Supplies from my home I can accommodate people’s needs better.
How Do I check The Status Of My Order?
As soon as your order is shipped I will email with your shipping information and tracking number. This allows you to easily track the daily progress of your order and to know what day you are to expect delivery of your order?

How Soon Can I Get My Product Delivered?
We pride ourselves on giving you the best possible service. So, we work hard to get your order shipped ASAP. As soon as your product is shipped, we send you an email or SMS with tracking details so you can log in and see when your product is due to arrive.
How Can I Place An Order?
How to order online: Find a product you’d like to buy on our website and click on the add to cart button. Then, simply follow the instructions on the checkout page. If there were any options or upgrades that you may have missed, I will contact you either by email or phone before we process your order.
When Will I Receive Confirmation?
Once your order is placed you’ll receive an email with a invoice your order details. I recommend you review the invoice details and contact us immediately if you notice any errors such as an incorrect address.
